Looking for tirzepatide or semaglutide? GLP-1 access is exclusive to the First 50

Your questions, answered.

The First 50 is a 50-spot one-time membership that secures lifetime locked pricing on Rylo's compounded GLP-1 medications. Members get tirzepatide at $160/month and semaglutide at $100/month, any strength, any dose, for as long as they remain a member in good standing. Once the 50 spots are claimed, the First 50 tier closes.

The $149 fee is for First 50 membership and lifetime rate-lock access. It does not pay for medication, consultations, or prescriptions. All medical services are billed separately if and when you become a patient. First 50 membership does not constitute a prescription, medical relationship, or guarantee of treatment eligibility.

If you're determined medically ineligible at intake, you may choose a full refund or keep your locked-rate access for future use. If Rylo Health does not open for enrollment by December 31, 2026, every founder receives a full refund automatically.

We are targeting summer 2026 for public enrollment. First 50 members will receive 24-hour priority access before the public, with first access to medical intake and prescription review. Early-access waitlist members will be notified the moment public enrollment opens.

No. Rylo's medications are compounded by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies based on a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. Brand-name versions like Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound® are FDA-approved; compounded versions are not. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Individual results vary.

Brand-name GLP-1 medications cost $900–$1,400 per month at retail. Compounded versions use the same active ingredient (tirzepatide or semaglutide) but are prepared by US compounding pharmacies, which dramatically lowers the cost. Founders' rates are lower still because we subsidize the first 50 members to anchor the brand at launch.

Sermorelin, NAD+, Glutathione, GHK-Cu, Pulse Stack, MOTS-c, and the Wolverine Stack will be available through standard Rylo enrollment at launch. No First 50 membership required. The First 50 perk is GLP-1-specific. Reserve early access on the waitlist to be notified when peptide enrollment opens.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, ever. You can cancel through your patient portal or by messaging support. As a First 50 member, your locked-rate access stays valid as long as you remain a member in good standing.
